McDermott Will & Emery (MWE) has acquired two new private equity partners in its New York office.
Both Robert Goldstein and Frank Steinherr come to MWE from Schulte Roth & Zabel (SRZ), with Goldstein to serve as the head of MWE's growing private equity team. The duo specialise in mid-market transactions, including M&A, LBOs and joint venture deals.
The arrival of Goldstein and Steinherr continues the expansion of the MWE private equity practice, which welcomed partner Jeremy Dickens in July.
