Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has added a former Asia-Pacific general counsel to its firm as partner.
G.V. Anand Bhushan moves from in-house to private practice where he will be head of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas’ new Chennai office.
Bhushan was Asia-Pacific general counsel at Cognizant Technology Solutions India—a New Jersey-based technology consulting company—where he led a team of 70 lawyers since 2007. He had previously established his own firm with a focus on trademark portfolio management and technology transfer.
