Hogan Lovells has again added to its US presence with a lateral hire from Jones Day.
Babak Nikravesh will be a corporate partner in the Hogan Lovells Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices. Nikravesh brings experience on domestic and cross-border investments, M&A, and joint ventures to his new firm.
Nikravesh will rejoin former Jones Day colleague Paul Downs, who he has over 15 years of experience collaborating with. Downs left Jones Day for the Hogan Lovells corporate practice in late March.
