K&L Gates has brought in a new investment management and corporate practice partner to its New York and Miami offices.
Arturo Requenez II joins K&L Gates from Foley & Lardner, where he had taken turns as the chair of the investment mangement group and vice chair of the private equity and venture capital practice.
Requenez advises on private equity, corporate, and international deals. He has provided counsel on transactions involving over 75 countries globally, including offshore securities offerings and cross-border M&A.
Requenez is one of over a dozen members K&L Gates has added to its US investment mangement practice over the past year.
