King & Spalding has hooked a new partner for its bankruptcy practice.
Mark Kaufman comes over to his new firm's Atlanta and Washington DC offices from a partnership at Dentons.
While at Dentons, Kaufman concentrated on financially distressed municipalities and other government entities, in addition to bond holders and investors.
Among his highest profile clients was the governor-appointed Receiver to the City of Harrisburg, who he represented in a Chapter 9 financial resturcturing.
