Baker Botts has added to its UK energy practice with the hire of Jones Day's London energy head.
Paul Exley has a particular focus on M&A and is active in the oil and gas, energy and water sectors.
He had previously been at Simmons & Simmons and joined Jones Day in 2011 alongside Addleshaw Goddard financial litigation lawyer John Ahern.
