Segulah V L.P. has acquired Teknikmagasinet (Teknikintressenter i Norden AB).

Teknikmagasinet is a leading Nordic retail chain which offers a wide range of priceworthy technical gadgets and hobby products and has a network of stores in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The company currently has 119 stores and approx. 400 employees. During the financial year ending April 2015, sales amounted to almost SEK 900 million.

In connection with the acquisition, Segulah (through a subsidiary) took up acquisition and business loans, in conjunction with which Cederquist represented the lender bank. Cederquist’s team was headed by Johan Lundberg and also included Mikael Magnusson and Joachim Strand.
