Vietnamese law firm Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers has merged with Ho Chi Minh-based outfit VN Counsel.
As a result of the merger Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers has added 10 lawyers to its practice including three partners and VN Counsel managing partner Thang Nguyen.
This brings the number of legal professionals in the firm to a total of 40 between its Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices, making it one of the largest domestic law firms in Vietnam.
Thang joins R&T LCT Lawyers as partner in its corporate M&A and real estate, construction practice groups.
VN Counsel was specialised in corporate, property and construction, restructuring, M&A, banking and finance, tax, and litigation work.
