Indonesian law firm Hadiputranto Hadinoto & Partners (HHP) welcomes the return of its alumna to its corporate and securities practice.
Mita Djajadiredja rejoins the firm from MD & Partners, a firm she founded in association with White & Case.

Djajadiredja has over 20 years’ experience in corporate M&A, private equity, and corporate alliances matters. Her client base is focused in the finance, insurance, real estate, agribusiness, construction and manufacturing sectors.
The new hire comes at a time when an increasing number of investors are seeking opportunities into “high-growth markets” such as Indonesia.
