Pan-African firm ENSafrica has further expanded its reach into Africa with the announcement that it has combined with local Tanzanian law firm Rex Attorneys. The new firm, formed on May 1 2015, will be rebranded as ENSafrica Tanzania and will continue to be based out of Dar es Salaam, the hub of Tanzanian commerce.

ENSafrica has acknowledged that Tanzania is an important market for East African business, recognising the country's plentiful natural resources and anticipated financial growth, and as such has seen fit to move into the jurisdiction in order to further boost its own growth within the African continent.

The newly formed firm will be headed up by the former managing partner of Rex Attorneys, Alex Thomas Nguluma, and chaired by Mwanaidi Sinare Maajar, a previous Tanzanian ambassador to the US.
