Kennedys in Singapore has entered a joint law venture (JLV) with Singaporean dispute resolution boutique Legal Solutions.
The new firm will cover corporate, litigation, arbitration and conveyancing work across the aviation, shipping, healthcare, employment, insurance and construction industries.
The JLV, which starts in a few months, will operate under the name Kennedys Legal Solutions.
Of late Kennedys has been expanding its practice in Singapore and Hong Kong with the hire of seven lawyers last December, including aviation partners Peng Lim and Anita Quy from Clyde & Co.
