The Legal Benchmark Group is delighted to unveil the winners of the 2025 Social Impact EMEA Awards.
Although this year did not include an in-person gathering, firms, legal professionals, and impact leaders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa are being recognised in honour of their outstanding achievements and initiatives shaping a more equitable and sustainable industry.

Celebrating exceptional impact across the region
Across all categories, there was a significant rise in submissions, showcasing long-term, community-grounded projects and ambitious firm-wide commitments. Key themes that emerged from the 2025 honourees included:
Scaling access to justice through new digital pathways and cross-sector partnerships
Embedding DEI at every organisational level, with a focus on retention and leadership opportunities for underrepresented talent
Driving climate and environmental justice through litigation, advisory support, and green-policy innovation
Supporting vulnerable communities, with projects addressing refugee rights, women’s empowerment, youth education, and disability inclusion.
