On June 17, the Legal Benchmarking Group was thrilled to host the 2025 Women in Business Law Americas Awards gala at 583 Park in New York City with guests joining us from across the region.
The gala marked the culmination of months of in-depth research into the region’s top women lawyers and the most impactful law firm initiatives advancing gender equity. Drawing on firm submissions and interviews, the awards celebrated both standout individual practitioners across more than 30 practice areas and innovative firm-led efforts that champion women in the legal profession. The Women in Business Law Awards team extends its sincere thanks to every firm, lawyer, and organisation that contributed to this year’s research.
