Santiago E Dellatorre

Mr Dellatorre was born on January 27 1967. He graduated from the Argentine Catholic University, Law School with honours, and was admitted to the Argentine Bar in 1990. He joined the firm in 1990 and during 1994/95 he trained at Shearman & Sterling.

Mr Dellatorre has represented global coordinators and underwriters in the global initial public offerings de Gas del Sur, Siderar and other large Argentine companies. He has participated in the structuring of the first international debt offerings by Argentine issuers (Siderca, PASA etc) and in a significant number of transactions involving debt securities in the form of Eurobonds, high-yield bonds and yankee bonds. Mr Dellatorre also counts on an extensive experience in public sector structured financing (he participated in the structuring of the first oil royalties collateralized notes by an Argentine province), project financing (representing lenders in many of the most relevant transactions in Argentina, such as the MEGA project financing) and mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the banking industry.
