Linklaters

Capital markets are one of Linklaters' main strengths; this year, the firm excelled itself in debt capital markets and structured finance. Linklaters worked on two exciting equity-linked deals – Country Garden's convertible and CapitaLand's convertible. The firm's structured partners were also busy, assisting on two skilful securitisations out of Korea. Elsewhere, Linklaters' corporate team advised Rio Tinto on Chinalco's dawn raid, and China Telecom and China Netcom on the consolidation of the PRC's telecommunications sector.
