Cameron' alliance loses second member firm

Tisell has decided to merge with the Swedish legal arm of big five firm Ernst & Young. At Tissel partner Mats Larsson says that the two firms had been in discussions for just eight weeks. "This is the first time in Sweden that a consultancy firm and a traditional law firm have merged," he says. "We will create one of the leaders in advice-giving, it's an opportunity to provide a new kind of service. I don't think you should really compare CMS with Ernst & Young because that is an alliance between traditional law firms.
