As Section 30 of the Prospectus Directive sets out that member states must bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with the Directive no later than July 1 2005, in Italy a bill of law has been drafted (3328 of March 3 2005) aimed at introducing enactment provisions in respect of the Directive.
