The IFLR European Capital Markets Forum is returning for the 17th successful year on April 23, 2020. International Financial Law Review will bring together over 150 bankers’ counsel, corporate counsel, funds counsel and leading private practice lawyers at the Hilton Tower Bridge, London. For the past three years, the uncertainty of if, when and how the UK will leave the EU has been a destabilising force within the capital markets. Other political occurrences including trade war tensions, as well as the election of a new European Commission, also cannot be ignored.
This forum will provide opportunity to discuss, analyse and gain insight on these developments. Other key discussion points will include: the impact of the prospectus regulation on the debt capital markets; UK IPO reform; MAR; current trends in high yield deals; ESG; preparing for life after LIBOR and much more. In-house counsel and banking professionals will once again attend for free.
The forum offers seven CPD points, and delegates will get the opportunity to network with senior legal professionals over breakfast, lunch and two coffee-breaks, as well as interactive roundtable discussions.
