Andrew Bab

Andrew Bab is a corporate partner, member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups, and Co-Head of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. Bab has worked extensively on public and private acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, including cross-border transactions for both private equity and corporate clients, as well as licensing arrangements and other corporate transactions. Preeti Balwani is the General Counsel for Kraft Heinz in India with over 15 years of experience as a seasoned commercial attorney. Balwani is also an Executive Director on the board of directors for the company and is part of the Executive Leadership Team. 

Prior to moving in-house Ms. Balwani served as an external counsel for Indian companies providing them legal advice on M&A, for over a decade. She has a keen interest on how digital solutions can help legal departments be more efficient and mitigate corporate risks. Mohit Kapoor

Mohit Kapoor is the Group Executive Vice President and Head - Legal at RBL Bank. He has over 27 years of experience in the field of Corporate Laws in India and internationally across the Asia-Pacific.

In his current role at RBL, he is managing the Legal function where he is responsible for providing legal oversight and support to the entire Bank including looking after strategic investments and complex legal issues, handling corporate and business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and key litigation.

Rohit Kumar

Rohit Kumar is the Global General Counsel of UPL Limited, one of the largest crop protection products company in the world with revenues of close to US$5 billion. He is based out of UPLs corporate head office in Mumbai. Rohit leads a team of more than 40 in-house lawyers, with half of them outside of India, overseeing all aspects of legal work relating to the company. Kumar is a law graduate (2002 batch) from Symbiosis Law College, Pune, India. 

Prior to joining UPL, Kumar worked at the Melbourne office of Herbert Smith Freehills, a large global law firm. He was part of HSFs corporate team and advised on several international M&A. Prior to joining HSF, Rohit spent close to 4 years working with the New Delhi office of J. Sagar Associate, a leading Indian law firm.

Tarun Mathur is a Commercial Counsel (Global Legal) with Huntsman India in its Mumbai office. Mathur has about a decade plus of extensive law firm, regulatory and consulting experience and have gained expertise in the area of corporate and commercial laws and legal compliance. 

Mathur started his legal career as a Legal Officer in the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
