The 15th annual IFLR Asia Capital Markets Forum took place at the St. Regis Hotel in Hong Kong SAR  on November 14 2019.

The one day forum explored recent developments surrounding the capital markets legal landscape such as regulatory changes and global events affecting in-house counsel and their businesses. In addition, the forum discussed non-traditional aspects, including the prominence of the online and digital world in the capital markets space. 

Attendees gained the opportunity to network with over 200 industry representatives, key regulators, institutional investors, law firms, and bankers' and corporate counsel. Coupled with a series of panels and presentation through discussions with leading practitioners, who shared practical advice based on their experiences.
