The ninth IFLR Asia Capital Markets Forum was held on November 27 2013. International Financial Law Review, supported by ASIFMA and the International Capital Markets Association, brought together leading private practice lawyers with in-house counsel from the region’s top banks at the Conrad in Hong Kong.

The keynote address was delivered by David Graham, chief regulatory officer and head of listings from the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.

The rest of the day was made up of panel sessions and the audience was given thorough and up-to-date information and advice on:
