Lawyers must lobby for high-yield reform

Lawyers in Singapore have urged the industry to lobby Indonesian regulators for changes to legislation governing high-yield deals.

O’Melveny & Myers’ partner, Joel Hogarth called on lawyers and in-house counsel at IFLR’s Indonesia Forum to take advantage of the unusual move by the Indonesian Regulatory Authority for Indonesian Capital Markets (Bapepam) to open itself up to discussion on new material transaction regulations.
