this year's agenda

Further to Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Women in Business Law Awards, IFLR was pleased to host the third annual Women in Business Law Forum. The event included some of Asia’s leading women general counsel who shared their personal stories with the audience. Unlike many events that are aimed at only partner and general counsel level individuals, this event welcomed men and women at all levels of their career to provide an inclusive debate around building the talent pipeline.

But recent scandals involving a number of state-controlled companies have led authorities to implement the Clean Company Act, with the aim of enforcing better business practices. The Latam nation wants to change its corporate culture, but better business practices and transparency can't be built in a day
