Antitrust, security reviews are changing Asia M&A

Asian buyers will have to better manage their transaction risks on M&A, as regulators increase their focus on security reviews. In the week that US Congress unveiled legislation to expand the power of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (Cfius), panelists at the IBA’s Asia-Pacific M&A Conference in Hong Kong discussed developments in the region.
