Giovanna Puppo specializes in M&A, private equity, joint-ventures and corporate law. She gained extensive experience in cross-border transactions and international contracts.
After graduating in Law cum laude from the Catholic University of Milan in 1997, she worked at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris in 1997 and at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNICITRAL) in Wien in 1998.
She regularly delivers lectures at conferences and workshops and has authored several articles on outsourcing agreements and corporate matters. She is co-author of Roversi/Merloni, "Massimario Giurisprudenza Antitrust", Giappichelli Editore – Turin, 2004 and of Van Hulle/Gesell, "European Corporate Law" PraxisEuropaRecht – Munich, 2006.
She is a member of the Milan Bar since 2000.
She speaks Italian, English, French and German.
