IFLR has changed. Launched last week, the Global Practice Service at www.IFLR.com is easier to navigate, filtering legal market practice in the financial and banking sectors worldwide.

The service is unique, with the most important issues reported, analysed and filtered into an easy-to-search archive. Users can now find all the information they need on any topic, in one place.

IFLR has also expanded its coverage. In response to readers’ requests, it now analyses the market’s most interesting deals, including explanations of how transactions were put together. From covenants to diligence, it explains how the structures compare to market norms.

The Global Practice Service covers every angle on a topic. It aggregates opinions of partners, industry associations, in-house counsel, bankers and regulators. All compared across deals and jurisdictions.

Emails throughout the week filter developments worldwide and provide well-timed updates on the key legal issues in the financial markets.

This content will appear online first, on the new website – providing early access to the monthly magazine content.
