| Castellon returns to Citi |
Peter Castellon has left Baker & McKenzie in London to rejoin Citigroup.
Castellon was made a partner in Baker's capital markets group in March 2008. He rejoined Citi on January 4 2010.
Castellon had previously been at Citi for seven years, as director and counsel within the markets and banking division. |

Reed Smith has hired Michael Fosh, who will become a partner at the firm's corporate and security group in Beijing. Fosh joins from Herbert Smith where he was chief representative of the firm's Beijing office. The appointment follows the hire of Mao Rong, who joined Reed Smith's Beijing office as of counsel in October last year.
