New corporate partner for Weil

Weil Gotshal & Manges has hired corporate partner David Wohl. He has joined the firm’s New York office and was previously senior counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Wohl specialises in advising the investment management industry. He represents sponsors and underwriters in structuring and launching new investment companies and advisory firms.
