Chadbourne strikes Silver

Chadbourne & Parke has hired Gerald Silver as a partner in the firm's litigation practice in New York.

Silver is a commercial litigator specialising in technology, securities and financial services litigation.

He joins the firm from Winston & Strawn. Before that he was head of litigation and interim general counsel at Capgemini, a technology consulting and outsourcing company.
