Corruption threat looms for Asian banks' counsel

Banks' senior counsels in Asia worry that their teams will fall into local market corruption, according to the first ever Asian Bankers' Counsel Poll, carried out by IFLR.

"It doesn't matter whether you call it peer pressure or market pressure, there is a huge fear that our team will fall into local market practice," said one general counsel.
