Linklaters won international law firm of the year last night, at IFLR's annual Asia awards in Hong Kong. The firm also won debt and equity-linked team of the year and securitisation team of the year as well as being involved on two winning deals.
Clifford Chance also had a successful year, winning both M&A and restructuring team of the year.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer was celebrating, after collecting the equity team of the year award, as well as the prestigious China practice award, which rewards international firms for their innovation within China.
Latham & Watkins picked up project finance team of the year, while Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison won the inaugural private equity team of the year.
Citigroup won in-house team of the year.
