Loeff Claeys to advise on Belgian telecoms auction

Loeff Claeys Verbeke has won the mandate to act as legal adviser to the Belgian government on its auction of mobile telephone licences. The auction, which is for the third generation Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) licences, is scheduled to take place later in the year and will be the first significant telecoms auction in Belgium.
